Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Frugle, a free tool operated by Fernlabs (fernlabs.xyz) that lets you view and export your own Google Ads spend history. By using Frugle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
What Frugle does
Frugle authenticates you with Google, reads your Google Ads spend on a read-only basis, and presents it as charts, tables, and a downloadable CSV. That is the entire service. It does not modify your Google Ads account.
Not affiliated with Google
Frugle is an independent tool. It is not created, endorsed, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google LLC. "Google" and "Google Ads" are trademarks of Google LLC, used here only to describe interoperability.
Not financial, legal, or professional advice
Frugle reports your own spend data and nothing more. It does not audit your billing, detect overcharges, estimate refunds or recoveries, or make any claim about legal proceedings involving Google. Nothing Frugle shows you is financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. For decisions about your advertising, billing, or any legal matter, consult a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
- Use Frugle only with Google accounts and Google Ads accounts you are authorised to access.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or others' data.
- Do not use Frugle in violation of the Google Ads API Terms or any applicable law.
Availability and "as is"
Frugle is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data (which originates from Google's APIs). We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fernlabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Frugle.
Your data
Your use of Frugle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we access and how we handle it.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. We may also suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion. You may stop using Frugle and revoke its access to your Google account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
